LHAA October Graduation Ceremony at Wella
Here at LHAA we are so proud of our hard working students who have passed their NVQ level 2 in Hairdressing.

In October we held a Graduation Ceremony to celebrate their success and gave them one last challenge. The Ceremony was held at the world famous Wella Studios in London where we offered 10 lucky students from each academy the chance to have their model with Avant Garde hair that they have designed and created. There was stiff competition between them, and with the support of industry experts the winners were selected to show their off their skills in such an exclusive setting.

The cat walk was awash with stunning designs and colour as models showed off their superb hair. But the evening was to honour the achievements of all of the students, so one by one they were called up on stage to receive their certificates and were personally congratulated by the Academy Directors Trevor and Francine Luker. In addition there were individual awards which were voted for by the tutors to recognise those who had gone the extra mile. A number of salon owners also kindly donated their time to help judge the cat walk show and assist with the unenviable task  of choosing the top 3 designs.

This is a testament to the talent of the students and spells a great future for the next generation of hairdressers.
